Working 10 months in Germany was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. When you work for a startup with really smart people you learn a lot and you become aware of how creative a startup must be in order to move forward.

It was great to have two bosses with really different skill sets. I was able to improve drastically the quality of my code thanks to all the tools and process involved in the company. I was able to become a team player thanks to the communication strategies we had in the company. I was involve with a really nice self sufficient office thanks to the Holacracy process implemented.

I was able to witness this startup implementing a successful guerrilla marketing campaign which is great tool when a startup is not so famous or when little budge is available.

My biggest lesson here was to learn how to keep my knowledge of software engineering up to date and how to become aware of the most efficient ways to create good quality software.
